The FPGA product line represents a critical growth initiative in the low-density FPGA market—a segment with significant untapped potential. We are seeking a  Staff Product Marketing Engineer  to lead strategic marketing efforts, drive roadmap alignment, and ensure successful execution of product launches. This role is pivotal in strengthening competitive positioning, enabling go-to-market strategies, and accelerating revenue growth for this high-potential portfolio. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute product marketing strategies for ForgeFPGA to capture market share in the low-density FPGA segment. Align product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution. Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities. Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers. Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams. Drive adoption of marketing strategies across regional teams. Performance & Growth: Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies and accelerate revenue growth. Identify new opportunities for expansion within the low-density FPGA market. Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 8+ years in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry. Proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches. Skills: Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions. Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
