Account Executives require critical thinking and problem-solving to drive results and meet the goals of the overall organization.<span>  </span></span></p><ul><li>Actively engages with assigned advisors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Increase revenue by expanding assigned existing relationships for our Practice.</li><li>Learns organizational sales process by working closely with team members to establish an expertise in designing, underwriting, and distributing life, disability, Long-Term Care and Annuity products.</li><li>Maintains pipeline, tracks follow-up activity and reports on opportunity life cycles.</li><li>Analyzes feedback to improve service and client satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor and manage the progress of pending policies, ensuring timely processing and resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients to gather required information and facilitate communication.</li><li>Knowledge of carrier practices, policy contracts and provisions.</li><li>Must be familiar with new business processes and various state requirements.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Strong growth and business development orientation</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel</li><li>Strong technical aptitude – ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems</li><li>Strong organization skills/ability to manage multiple demands and priorities</li><li>Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Projects confidence and enthusiasm about the company</li><li>Outgoing, excellent communication skills – both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work/partner with a close team</li><li>Strong relationship management skills</li><li>Results oriented</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education &amp; Experience: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required</li><li>5&#43; years of related industry experience</li><li>Active Life &amp; Health license</li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Pay Details:</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
