The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Opening available at the following branch location: 10330 Northfield Road Northfield, OH 44067</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a seasonal position with a starting rate of pay 16.50/ hour. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The seasonal window starts June 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sunday OFF</li>\n <li>Monday - 7:30am-4:00pm (30 minute lunch)</li>\n <li>Tuesday - 7:30am-4:00pm (30 minute lunch)</li>\n <li>Wednesday - 7:30am-4:00pm (30 minute lunch)</li>\n <li>Thursday - 7:30am-4:00pm (30 minute lunch)</li>\n <li>Friday - 7:30am-4:00pm (30 minute lunch)</li>\n <li>Saturday - 8:30am-12:30pm (rotating Saturdays)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors</li>\n <li>Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone</li>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide directions and general assistance</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions</li>\n <li>Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed</li>\n <li>Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services </li>\n <li>May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance </li>\n <li>Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed</li>\n <li>Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li>Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).</li>\n <li>This a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experience a 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hired.</li>\n</ul>",
