    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>The Private Bank Product Manager is the business owner for a Commercial Real Estate and C&amp;I lending within a broader product domain. This role manages product-level strategy, performance, pricing, competitive positioning, and risk alignment. The Product Manager ensures each product meets client needs, enhances advisor effectiveness, and contributes to Private Bank financial and risk objectives.</p><p>Product Managers partner closely with Experience Owners—who handle requirement writing, delivery execution, and testing—while the Product Manager provides business direction, product intent, and prioritization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Product Strategy &amp; Ownership</p><p>- Owns strategy, positioning, and enhancement roadmap for assigned products within the domain.</p><p>- Develops product proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations.</p><p>- Ensures product design aligns with client needs, business goals, credit appetite, and market positioning.</p><p>- Maintains product policies, procedures, and advisor guidance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Business Feedback &amp; Market Insights</p><p>- Gathers and analyzes advisor feedback, client insights, and competitive trends.</p><p>- Identifies gaps and opportunities to enhance product relevancy or competitiveness.</p><p>- Converts findings into clear product recommendations and priorities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Pricing &amp; Profitability</p><p>- Conducts pricing analysis and recommends rate, fee, and structural changes.</p><p>- Monitors profitability, revenue contribution, and return metrics.</p><p>- Ensures pricing actions are aligned with business, liquidity, risk, and market dynamics.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Credit Risk &amp; Portfolio Management</p><p>- Partners with Credit to maintain appropriate policy frameworks and underwriting practices.</p><p>- Reviews performance metrics, credit trends, and emerging risks for assigned products.</p><p>- Supports risk analysis and contributes to policy or guideline updates.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Client Experience &amp; Advisor Effectiveness</p><p>- Partners with Experience Owners to ensure product features and enhancements reflect business intent.</p><p>- Identifies process friction points and recommends improvements to enhance client experience.</p><p>- Ensures advisors have the right tools, materials, and clarity to use the product effectively.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Marketing &amp; Communication</p><p>- Works with Marketing to update product materials, client communications, and advisor enablement content.</p><p>- Ensures messaging is accurate, compelling, and aligned with product strategy.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Risk Management &amp; Governance</p><p>- Ensures products comply with operational risk, fair banking, compliance, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>- Maintains documentation and supports audit and risk review processes.</p><p>- Tracks issues and ensures remediation activities are completed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Experience in product management, lending, deposits, treasury, or private banking.</p><p>- Strong analytical, credit, and financial skills.</p><p>- Ability to manage cross-functional work and influence stakeholders.</p><p>- Clear, structured communication and strategic thinking skills.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hours &amp; Work Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Hours per Week: 40</li><li>Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00</li><li>in office requirement 4 days per week at location(s) listed</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay Transparency&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The salary range for this position is $128,000 - 145,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
