We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inside Sales Administrator to join our Sales &amp; Marketing team. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful daily impact - without cold calling or hard sales.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Junior Inside Sales Administrator will support the Inside Sales department by learning and executing key sales operations in partnership with a Senior Inside Sales Administrator. This role offers a clear path for growth into an independent Inside Sales Administrator position and beyond.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare standard and complex quotations in collaboration with Technical Regional Sales Managers</li>\n<li>Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and quality clauses, seeking guidance when necessary</li>\n<li>Process orders, end-use statements, and perform related data entry tasks</li>\n<li>Utilize Contract Relationship Management (CRM) software extensively</li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between the Inside Sales team in Bothell, WA and the Logistics team in Blacksburg, VA</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail in writing and editing</li>\n<li>U.S. Person is required due to the nature of the work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Office Administration (preferred but not required)</li>\n<li>Associate or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required)</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to Bothell, WA, for initial training and occasional follow-up visits</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation is competitive based on qualifications and experience.
