This hands-on role is essential in maintaining and calibrating our advanced test systems in a lab environment focused on high-performance vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Test Execution &amp; Equipment Verification:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Perform and document tests on high-performance vehicles and components.</li><li>Confirm that test equipment and sensors are accurately calibrated and function as intended.</li><li>Operate and monitor our primary test equipment, including a wind tunnel and a 7-post vehicle dynamics rig.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Diagnose and repair issues with hydraulic and electronic test equipment.</li><li>Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of test systems.</li><li>Utilize diagnostic and repair tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Data Management &amp; Documentation:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Record test results, maintenance activities, and calibration logs using Windows-based applications (especially Microsoft Excel).</li><li>Be able to read and comprehend technical documentation, including wiring schematics and technical drawings.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Equipment &amp; Software Operation:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Operate computer-controlled testing equipment.</li><li>Use software tools like MATLAB for data analysis and process optimization.</li><li>Learn and operate proprietary data acquisition software to run engineer-specific testing requirements.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Safety &amp;
