      "content": "\n<li>Perform welding using MIG, TIG, wire feed, spot welding, and oxy-acetylene torch methods</li>\n<li>Clean, grind, and finish welds to meet specifications</li>\n<li>Set up workpieces using hand layouts or material handling equipment</li>\n<li>Operate tools such as grinders, sanders, and wire wheels for finishing work</li>\n<li>Weld structural components including I-beams, frames, and fuel tanks in flat, vertical, and overhead positions</li>\n<li>Clamp, tack, drill, cut, mill, tap, and assemble parts as required</li>\n<li>Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions</li>\n<li>Inspect welds and completed work for quality and accuracy; perform rework as needed</li>\n<li>Replace welding wire and shielding gas as required</li>\n<li>Ensure proper setup and safe use of welding equipment</li>\n<li>Maintain and inspect equipment; report maintenance needs</li>\n<li>Assist with pressure testing and adjustments when required</li>\n<li>Complete assigned work within set production timelines and quality standards</li>\n<li>Record production and time accurately</li>\n<li>Report any material, safety, or quality concerns to leadership</li>\n"
