If you’re ready to take on a key leadership role and drive meaningful results, we’d love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Your challenges:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand local demand and monitor the competitive landscape, both locally and across cross-border markets.</li>\n<li>Manage the business, supply and demand across product categories and customer segments.</li>\n<li>Define, plan, and manage the country forecast and each of its business units.</li>\n<li>Own the P&amp;L. Define the pricing strategy to drive profitability and competitiveness, while monitoring operating costs and marketing investments to maximize the country’s PAM.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Marketing teams (Growth and Brand) to locally adapt the regional communication strategy and achieve commercial objectives, while contributing to the definition of the market value proposition.</li>\n<li>Partner with the Sourcing team to ensure the optimal product assortment for each category, as well as the corresponding pricing and margin structure.</li>\n<li>Oversee the country’s 360° vision, ensuring alignment and integration across all business areas.</li>\n<li>Build partnerships with key eCommerce ecosystem players (e.g., banks, payment providers, technology companies, etc.) to strengthen Tiendamia’s value proposition.</li>\n<li>Act as the local market representative, managing relationships with PR, media, industry events, trade associations, and other relevant stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Manage local regulatory and market-context opportunities, ensuring business adaptability and growth.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Required Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in eCommerce, Retail, and/or digital businesses.</li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li>\n<li>Hands-on profile with a strong execution mindset.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Results-oriented professional with a strong focus on execution and business impact.</li>\n<li>Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">We foster an inclusive environment where every voice is heard, and where each team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">We look forward to hearing from you!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
