Enjoy a <strong>competitive benefits package</strong> designed to support your health, happiness, and future:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Day 1 benefits</strong> – no waiting period to access your health, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off (PTO)</strong> so you can relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work</li>\n <li><strong>Short-Term Disability</strong> coverage for added peace of mind when you need it most</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with company match  </strong>to help you build your financial future</li>\n <li><strong>General Bonus Opportunity</strong> based on performance and company success</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits that support your overall well-being — because we believe happy employees do their best work!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completes daily technical training in classroom setting and, on the floor, to assist with the Certification and skills enhancement of team members in their roles </li>\n <li>Use independent decision-making to design and develop training materials, reference materials, presentation materials and job aids (SOP’s, Guided Workflows, Technical Learning Aids) </li>\n <li>Ensure all materials are clear, concise, instructionally sound, and directly support learning objectives </li>\n <li>Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs </li>\n <li>Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms) </li>\n <li>Partners with manufacturing leadership, human resources and Sr Technical Training Specialist to support development and implementation of training roadmap for operational effectiveness, as needed </li>\n <li>Assists with tracking, evaluating, and measuring training using the company’s corporate LMS and department tracking tools and matrices </li>\n <li>Develops, builds, and maintains relationships with trainees & leaders to recommend additional training </li>\n <li>Develops and implements apprenticeship programs in alignment with training roadmap </li>\n <li>Participates in new employee onboarding process – assesses candidates’ skills levels (general, equipment/machine, accuracy, industrial experience, and provides perspective) </li>\n <li>Conducts training on all shifts </li>\n <li>Influences others to be safety-minded </li>\n <li>Team member will support managing day to day Certification Processes & will be supported by Sr Technical Training Specialist, plant management, and job specific subject matter experts (SMEs) with training tools & general knowledge content </li>\n <li>Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction  </li>\n <li>Additional duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 years’ experience conducting/leading training, including on-the-job training, or similar, in a manufacturing or technical environment </li>\n <li>4 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven Facilitation/Presentation/Platform experience </li>\n <li>Experience leading Lean processes or Kaizen events preferred </li>\n <li>Bachelors degree preferred </li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint  </li>\n <li>Experience with LMS system preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office and in database software </li>\n <li>Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and tools </li>\n <li>Excellent problem solving / continuous improvement skills </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of audiences in a variety of methods </li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Strong presentation skills and use of presentation software </li>\n <li>Strong decision-making and organizational skills </li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines </li>\n <li>Ability to speak and read the English Language </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
