Position: Part-Time Hospitalist Location: Carbondale and Herrin, IL Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including conducting thorough assessments, formulating treatment plans, and coordinating their care throughout their hospital stay. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide appropriate treatments.
