Our Hydraulics Team plays a critical role in ensuring our high-performance F50 racing boats are ready to deliver on the water.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We’re looking for technically skilled, hands-on individuals to join the team in a unique dual role: working both onsite at our SailGP Technologies facility in Southampton and travelling worldwide as part of the SailGP Tour.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a great opportunity for someone with strong trade or mechanical experience who wants to apply their skills in a fast-paced, high-performance sporting environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Splice running rigging assembly items to support tour based inventory requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in coordination of procurement and stock management of running rigging material and associated required hardware</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a clean and safe working area within Sail GP Technologies</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in unpack of Workshop Containers in preparation for the event</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completion of Wing Team’s daily joblists</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Carry out daily “sailing checks” for the programmed F50 sailing operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Carry out sign off procedures with Wing Team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Inventory system tracking in Rigging and Sailmaking workshop containers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting  with regatta Tech Site set-up and pack-down as required by Tech HQ</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Discussion with HOD &amp; 2iC regarding rigging assembly requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and update running rigging related order lists for part procurement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in procurement of required parts for upcoming events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist HOD and 2iC regarding any issues arising from previous events and development looking forward.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in planning and execution of ongoing maintenance upgrades on F50  and components.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you and experience:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span>We’re not looking for decades of experience, but you’ll need to bring a strong foundation of technical trade skills, the right mindset, and a willingness to learn.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Some experience within Rigging, Sails or Fairings is essential</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Practical skills with tools, machinery, and hands-on build/repair work.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable using computer software/systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A team player – personable, professional, and able to represent SailGP well.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Flexible and happy to travel extensively as part of a global sports tour.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A positive can-do attitude: prepared to work hard  and deliver, wherever needed.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
