At Allied Universal, a Cleared Security Officer is entrusted with sensitive information and given the responsibility to protect classified information and personnel. As a Cleared Security Officer, you'll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associated with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Starting Pay $29.67 / hour</p>\n<p>Must have Department of Defense Clearance</p>\n<p>Part time flexible hour all shifts and days </p>\n<p>DailyPay available</p>\n<p>Career growth opportunities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism</li>\n <li>Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information</li>\n <li>Greet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points</li>\n <li>Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel</li>\n <li>Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms</li>\n <li>Act as a first responder in emergency situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience</li>\n <li>Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment)</li>\n <li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>\n <li>Must possess one or more of the following:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site</li>\n  <li>Prior military experience</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>\n <li>Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior law enforcement or armed security experience</li>\n <li>Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions </li>\n <li>Schedules that fit with your personal life goals</li>\n <li>Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and much more…</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
