This role provides exposure to the full innovation lifecycle and supports project coordination while developing research and analytical skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Startup Sourcing &amp; Market Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Research and analyze emerging technologies and market trends </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactively identify, qualify, and track promising early-stage startups and founding teams in the EMEA region. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist the senior team in the evaluation of potential investment and partnership opportunities from various sources.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Corporate Coordination &amp; Deal Flow</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and manage the open innovation deal flow and startup evaluation process with corporate partners. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Translate corporate tech and business needs into targeted startup offerings. Support the logistics, scheduling, and facilitation of key activities (Workshops, Dealflow Sessions, etc.) and introductory meetings between startups and partners.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ecosystem &amp; Relationship Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the entire innovation ecosystem, including startups, scale-ups, corporate partners, and relevant stakeholders (government, universities, clusters). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Expand the organizational network and research capabilities, ensuring a robust community around the innovation vertical.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Operational &amp; Administrative Support</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide essential operational and administrative support, including scheduling and facilitating meetings with all leads and partners, helping in the organization and execution of events, managing data in tracking systems (CRM), assisting vertical leads, and performing additional administrative tasks as needed for the execution.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Engineering, or STEM preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">An advanced level of English is essential.
