          "text": "<p>The Steward I is responsible for the operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools. They are also responsible for washing dishes, kitchen vessels, cleaning floors and equipment etc.</p><ul></ul><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide the front of house staff with all their service equipment needs.</li><li>Ensure that all equipment provided to the front of house staff are clean and in compliance with quality standards</li><li>Support the culinary staff by maintaining their lines with the required dishware for each meal period</li><li>To support the banquet staff with all their equipment and culinary needs before and during each banquet event.</li><li>Clean and maintain all equipment managed by the Stewarding department by ensuring the safe usage</li><li>Transportation of all banquet food requirements to the location of event.</li><li>Report to Steward Supervisor when any equipment/machinery is damaged, faulty or misused</li><li>Keep work area clean, tidy and dry at all times</li></ul>",
