Must have ability to set professional boundaries and limits as well as develop positive rapport with children and adult clients. &nbsp;Must be able to address and take control of difficult situations in the moment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. &nbsp;Must be able to complete all required documentation in a clear, concise manner consistent with the Visit Coaching model. &nbsp;Must also have a valid Connecticut driver&rsquo;s license, and possess the following certifications, or be eligible to obtain these after hire: &nbsp;Adult/Child CPR &amp; First Aid, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Visit Coaching Model Training, and additional DCF trainings as determined by the program.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
