    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h3>Hospitalist – Community Health Partners / OSU Physicians</h3>\n<p><strong>Hocking Valley Community Hospital | Logan, Ohio</strong></p>\n<p>Community Health Partners is seeking a <strong>Hospitalist</strong> to join the inpatient team at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, a community-based facility serving a tourist and community patient population in southeast Ohio.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7 on / 7 off with 24 hour responsibility\n  <ul>\n   <li>Typical workload averages <strong>8–10 hours per day</strong></li>\n   <li>Some weekend coverage required</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Patient Volume:</strong> ~3 admissions per day</li>\n <li><strong>Beds:</strong> 16 total (med/surg, observation, swing)</li>\n <li><strong>Staffing Ratios:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Med/Surg: 5:1</li>\n   <li>SCU/ICU: 2:1</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Adult inpatient care including ICU coverage</li>\n   <li>Required procedures: <strong>intubation, central lines, and critical care</strong></li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Comfortable practicing in a rural hospital setting</li>\n   <li>Collaborative, respectful of medical staff, and supportive of administration</li>\n   <li>Committed to high-quality, community-focused care<p><strong>Education & Training</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li>\n     <li>Completion of an <strong>ACGME or AOA accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency</strong></li>\n    </ul><p><strong>Licensure & Certification</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Eligible for or holding an <strong>active Ohio medical license</strong></li>\n     <li><strong>Board certified or board eligible</strong> in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li>\n     <li><strong>ACLS and BLS certification</strong> required (ATLS preferred, if applicable)</li>\n    </ul><p><strong>Clinical Experience & Skills</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Experience in <strong>adult inpatient hospital medicine</strong></li>\n     <li>Comfortable managing <strong>ICU level patients</strong> in a community hospital setting</li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>Contact\n<p>Shannon BriscoePhysician/APP Sourcing SpecialistOSUP/[email protected]</p>",
