This role plays a critical part in driving branch sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in wholesale or distribution)</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP/order entry systems</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Experience in electrical distribution or a related industry</li>\n <li>Knowledge of electrical products and systems</li>\n <li>Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n <li>Previous experience with contractor or industrial customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent&nbsp;required; College Diploma&nbsp;preferred</li>\n <li>5 years of relevant experience</li>\n <li>Strong time management skills required, including ability to prioritize customer issues and resolve with positive outcomes</li>\n <li>Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment</li>\n <li>Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing</li>\n <li>Able to work well under pressure</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Able to handle customers sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and e-mail</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Customer-focused mindset</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Time management and multitasking ability</li>\n <li>Sales-driven and results-oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing for extended periods at the sales counter</li>\n <li>Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed</li>\n <li>Warehouse and retail counter environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-NS1</p>",
