Description Brief Description Are you passionate about the power of communication to drive positive change in health industry? APCO Worldwide is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience supporting healthcare clients to join our New Delhi team. In this role, you will collaborate on a variety of strategic communications initiatives making a meaningful difference for clients and communities. By joining our team, you will be working with smart and experienced colleagues who are open, collaborative, diverse and curious. Clients come to us to help solve challenging problems, spark new ideas, launch campaigns and connect with others. Responsibilities Manage and implement a wide range of strategic communications campaigns for our high profile, globally-recognized healthcare clients Support to design and implement multi-faceted, integrated campaigns to position client issues and priorities with key audiences that may include elected officials, media, key opinion leaders, consumers and industry stakeholders Create and edit high-quality written deliverables, such as bespoke messaging, issue backgrounders, briefings, press materials, and social media content often under tight deadlines Drive thought leadership initiatives, positioning clients as industry experts and leaders in their field Develop compelling communications and content to convey complex policy and/or social issues Monitor developments in key client issue areas and flag opportunities for further client engagement Participate in business development activities including writing proposals and developing pitch decks   Qualifications At least 6-9 years of strategic communications, health or public affairs campaign experience 6–9 years of experience in strategic communications, combined with solid experience in the healthcare industry. Backgrounds from consulting, think tanks, government agencies, or corporate in‑house teams are welcome Exceptional writing and analytical skills, and the ability to write both strategically and creatively under tight deadlines Outstanding presentation skills including the ability to engage an executive leadership and experience briefing senior-level clients Solid project management experience, including overseeing a team and multiple deliverables About APCO In India India is playing an increasingly important role in global geopolitics — not only as the world’s largest democracy but also as an emerging economic powerhouse.
