    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Job Summary:</span></h1><p>Commercial Sales Representatives are responsible for working with businesses and other organizations - to optimize their communications.</p><p>Commercial Sales Professionals expand i3&#39;s reach and sell broadband services to business customers within an assigned territory. Educate businesses about the benefits of switching to a 100% Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) connection through i3 Broadband.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Sell Broadband services and bundled voice and data services to commercial customers in serviceable areas.</li><li>Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Matching businesses with customized services that best fit their business needs.</li><li>Take the initiative to independently set their schedule and plan their day &ndash; pre-call planning, route planning, daily objectives, and goals.</li><li>Achieve company-established goals, prospecting, closing standards, and sales production standards.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.</li><li>Participate in training sessions, civic organizations, community events, and sales meetings.</li><li>Willingness to collaborate with subject matter experts that support the team at i3 Broadband.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Required Skills/Abilities:&nbsp;</span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Enjoy meeting new people.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.</li><li>A positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Willing to train, accept feedback, and learn the job according to i3 standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be computer proficient, have a passion for technology, and have a basic understanding of consumer electronics.</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Education/Experience:</span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience in a sales role is required; Previous business-to-business sales experience is a plus! &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;(Ethernet, VoIP, GIS)</li><li>A valid driver&#39;s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.</li><li>Successful applicants will need to pass a criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check.&nbsp;</li><li>Use of a reliable vehicle is required.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Performing this job requires the ability to sit and drive for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
