    "description": "<p><span>We are hiring Servers for our Larchmont location!</span><br><br>Ani, which means “big brother”, is a vision of our owner and founder Luck, who decided to open a Ramen house that serves great food in a comfortable environment that he could bring his family to locally. Since 2014 we have grown the Ani brand throughout New Jersey and New York. We have a truly amazing opportunity to work with a growing restaurant group. With several incredibly successful full-service restaurants, we are looking to add dedicated team members to our growing team to help make Ani successful.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Server Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter orders into POS (point of sale) for transmission to kitchen staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with customers in a friendly manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all orders are packed correctly with all necessary items (food, utensils, etc)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect payments.</li>\n<li>Maintain proper personal hygiene </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide outstanding customer service.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee discount</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Referral program<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical setting:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Casual dining restaurant, One location</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day shift</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Night shift</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekend availability<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Sounds like something you are interested in?
