You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the technical operations team and finance professionals, to drive improvements in payment methods, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be one of the main points of contact for our PSP partners. You will handle negotiations on rates, rolling reserves and everything related to finalizing an agreement with an existing or new partner.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">Maintaining relationships with 50+ payment providers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">Negotiation of rates, reviewing rolling reserves, monthly minimums and everything related to an agreement when onboarding new PSP or existing PSP partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">Analyze Payment Systems: Conduct in-depth analysis of our payments infrastructure, including payment gateways, merchant accounts, and third-party providers. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">Payment Method Evaluation: Research and evaluate new payment methods, assess their viability, and make recommendations for integration based on customer preferences, market trends, and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">Onboarding of Payment providers: Conduct corporate applications, KYC updates for new and existing payment providers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">PSP Account Management: You will be tasked with communicating with our payment providers while acting as an account manager for a portfolio of our PSP’s.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\">Payment Regulations and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest payment industry regulations, card network rules, and data protection standards.
