    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager, ERP to lead the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of URUS’ global ERP ecosystem, with primary focus on JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring the ERP platform and connected operational systems deliver maximum value across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and enterprise operations.</p><p>This role partners closely with global functional leaders to understand business strategy, pain points, and priorities—translating those into clear product roadmaps and actionable delivery plans. Acting as the “voice of the ERP user community,” the Sr. Product Manager collaborates across Digital and IT teams to deliver improvements that strengthen business continuity, increase automation, standardize processes, improve data quality, and support global growth.</p><p>The Sr. Product Manager, ERP is committed to maintaining a healthy, scalable, and future-ready ERP platform by governing configuration standards, integrations, master data structures, and solution design to minimize unnecessary complexity and maximize usability, supportability, and enterprise insight.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Strategy Alignment</li><li>Engage with global leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and regional leadership to understand goals, pain points, and strategic priorities.</li><li>Translate business and enterprise strategies into a measurable ERP product roadmap and prioritized backlog.</li><li>Facilitate ongoing communication with functional and global stakeholders to align expectations and ensure clarity around sequencing, scope, and value realization.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to business process owners on standardization opportunities, trade-offs, and best-practice adoption.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Product Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Own the product backlog and delivery portfolio for JDEdwards and key ERP-adjacent capabilities (e.g., reporting enablement, workflow/orchestration, integration enhancements).</li><li>Prioritize enhancements and initiatives based on business value, compliance needs, and platform sustainability.</li><li>Utilize an AI<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Cambria Math&quot;, serif;\">-</span>first approach to identify opportunities for automation, agentic AI, intelligent workflows, and enhanced employee and manager self<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Cambria Math&quot;, serif;\"></span>service.</li><li>Serve as the primary decision-maker for ERP system trade-offs, balancing strategic priorities with technical feasibility.</li></ul><p><strong>Governance, Risk Management &amp; Platform Alignment</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Govern configuration standards, system controls, and data quality across modules and regions.</li><li>Manage system documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.</li><li>Evaluate change requests and enhancement proposals to maintain platform stability and avoid fragmentation or duplication.</li></ul><p><strong>Change Management &amp; Organizational Readiness</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead release planning, readiness, testing coordination, and deployment activities for ERP changes and connected integrations.</li><li>Communicate upcoming changes, feature impacts, and adoption requirements to business and global users in clear, actionable terms.</li><li>Ensure enhancements and releases include complete documentation, training, and enablement support.</li><li>Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover/go-live preparation, and hypercare planning to ensure smooth adoption.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Configuration, Integrations &amp; Data Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Oversee ERP configuration across functional domains and regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and business process design.</li><li>Partner with integration teams to manage data flows between ERP and downstream/upstream systems (e.g., CRM, EPM, HRIS, data platform, e-invoicing/EDI, banking/payment services).</li><li>Champion master data governance (e.g., chart of accounts, item master, address book/customer/supplier master, pricing structures) to support reliable operations and analytics.</li><li>Ensure ERP data is structured and accessible for enterprise reporting, planning, forecasting, and operational insight</li></ul><p><span><strong>Cross-</strong></span><strong>Functional</strong><span><strong> Partnership &amp; Demand Management</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Serve as the intake point for ERP-related requests, enhancements, and escalations across the enterprise.</li><li>Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to define scalable, sustainable solutions that align with enterprise architecture and operational realities.</li><li>Set clear expectations for scope, prioritization, sequencing, and what “good” looks like (definition of done, acceptance criteria, outcomes).</li><li>Ensure ERP roadmap alignment with broader Enterprise Applications strategy, standard methods, and governance practices.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Mentor and collaborate with Sr. Application Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.</li><li>Guide the team in translating business requirements into sustainable system capabilities.</li><li>Promote consistent and best practice standards for configuration, documentation, and system change practices.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span><strong><u>Required Qualifications</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degree or product management certification preferred.</li><li>8+ years of progressive experience in ERP product ownership, enterprise applications, or process-led technology leadership.</li><li>Deep experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including functional configuration, process design, master data, controls, reporting enablement, and integrations.</li><li>Strong understanding of core ERP process areas, such as:</li><li>Record-to-Report (Finance)</li><li>Procure-to-Pay (Supply Chain/AP)</li><li>Order-to-Cash (Sales/AR)</li><li>Inventory and operational execution (as applicable)</li><li>Proven ability to define product strategy and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing releases, upgrades, cross-functional change management, and stakeholder communications in complex environments.</li><li>Experience working in global and matrixed organizations with multi-region requirements, audit considerations, and complex operational realities.</li><li>Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to data integrity and process discipline.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills;
