You will work closely with manufacturing leaders, process owners, and technical teams to <span><strong>deliver solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and agility in production <span><strong>manufacturing stakeholders</strong></span> to analyze <span><strong>business needs</strong></span>, identify challenges, and translate them into <span><strong>scalable software solutions</strong></span>.</p>\n<p><span> • Configure and integrate software to </span><strong>optimize production planning, scheduling, execution, and quality management</strong><span>.</span></p>\n<p><span> • </span><strong>Wear multiple hats</strong><span>, contributing to both </span><strong>technical problem-solving and business process Table</strong><strong></strong></p>\n<p><span> • </span><strong>Technical or functional background</strong><span> in </span><strong>manufacturing software implementation</strong><span>, preferably in MOM/MES, IIoT, APS, or related domains.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span>•<span> </span><span><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong></span> in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</p>\n<p><span> </span>•<span> </span><span><strong>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</strong></span>, with an ability to connect business challenges to technology solutions.</p>\n<p><span> • </span><strong>A willingness to work across different roles</strong><span>, including both </span><strong>technical and functional responsibilities</strong><span>, to build end-to-end expertise.</span></p>\n<p><span> • </span><strong>Hands-on experience with software implementation</strong><span>—either as a </span><strong>developer, system integrator, business analyst, or consultant</strong><span>.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span>•<span> </span><span><strong>Understanding of manufacturing processes</strong></span>, including production planning, execution, scheduling, and quality control.</p>\n<p><span> </span>•<span> </span><span><strong>Agile implementation
