    "description": "<p><strong>Century Linen &amp; Uniform is the largest commercial laundry in MA.&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>We are seeking qualified Route Service Representatives / Delivery Drivers Class C for our Worchester, MA Location.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Adhere to all company, state, and federal DOT and HOS requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform daily activities including loading and unloading at &nbsp;facility and customer locations, delivering in assigned equipment on dedicated route.</li>\r\n\t<li>Conduct linen counts and orders per customer requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Deliver product to the customer location which can include operating the liftgate, unloading carts from the truck, and placing carts in the appropriate location.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain the security of truck cargo by repositioning carts as needed between deliveries and pickups.</li>\r\n\t<li>Adheres to Century Linen&rsquo;s functional separation process and procedure.</li>\r\n\t<li>Verify all items specified in the delivery receipt were included in the delivery and obtain a confirmation signature from a facility representative.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare the truck for the next shift, including making sure equipment is fueled and clean, removing any personal items, and putting keys and delivery receipts in proper areas</li>\r\n\t<li>Report any customer feedback or vehicle problems to the supervisor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Occasionally fills in for absent drivers and performs supplemental deliveries as needed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;N/A</p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />\r\n<strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\r\n\t<li>Required driver classification specific to available position (Class C)</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (5 years), pass DOT background check &amp; physical examination.</li>\r\n\t<li>Good communication skills with internal and external customers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to perform the basic functions of the job including reading, writing, and simple math calculations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Basic computer skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Physical ability to push and pull carts as the job requires.</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\r\n\t<li>Class C licenses are a non-CDL classification required to operate vehicles registered at or below 26K GVW</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>1-year delivery or route experience</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<strong>Travel Required:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Yes.
