font-size: 12pt\">Configure and manage PriceLabs (base prices, minimum prices, seasonal rules, last-minute discounts)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace across all markets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
