The role is responsible for supporting security engineering efforts, particularly focused on FedRAMP and FISMA ATO processes and audits. The ISSE will work closely with system owners, developers, assessors, and government stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are effectively implemented and maintained. Must be a US Citizen.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Location</strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>:</strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span data-pasted=\"true\">This position is located on-site at a secured facility in Indianapolis, IN, 46219</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;&bull; Serve as the technical lead for system security engineering efforts supporting FISMA and FedRAMP ATOs and audits<br>&nbsp;&bull; Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&amp;Ms), Continuous Monitoring Plans<br>&nbsp;&bull; Conduct security control implementation and provide guidance on appropriate NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP security controls<br>&nbsp;&bull; Lead or support risk assessments, vulnerability assessment and gap analyses<br>&nbsp;&bull; Participate in security control validation testing and collaborate with Third-Party Assessment organizations as needed<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures<br>&nbsp;&bull; Engage in continuous monitoring activities</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Industry certifications such as CISSP, CAP, CCSP, CISM<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience working with FedRAMP platforms and U.S. Federal Government customers<br>&nbsp;&bull; Eligible for U.S. Government security clearances (eg. Public Trust, Secret or higher)<br>&nbsp;&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s&rsquo; degree or equivalent work experience</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&bull; Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills.<br>&nbsp;&bull; This position requires effective communication, internally and externally.
