          "text": "<p>WHAT’S THE JOB?</p><p>Based in a world‑class Dexterra camp facility, the Baker’s Assistant supports the bakery operation by assisting with the preparation and baking of fresh goods to the highest Dexterra standards.</p><p>Reporting to the Baker,this role focuses on hands‑on production, quality control, and sanitation, ensuring a consistent supply of high‑quality baked goods to support daily meal service</p><p>YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE</p><ul><li>Assisting the Baker with preparing and baking goods from scratch</li><li>Following approved recipes, menus, and product directions when preparing baked goods</li><li>Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining a sufficient, fresh, and well‑presented supply of baked goods</li><li>Ensuring the quality of baked goods and desserts meets Dexterra standards</li><li>Supporting consistent food quality in accordance with client requirements, including special dietary considerations</li><li>Complying with all food hygiene and Food Safety regulations</li><li>Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing bakery equipment, tools, and overall work areas</li><li>Assisting with proper storage, labelling, and rotation of baked products</li><li>Supporting the Baker and culinary team with additional duties as required</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
