This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supports capital projects and equipment upgrades, and works closely with operations to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The successful candidate will lead a small maintenance team while driving process improvements that enhance operational performance and support long-term business goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Maintenance Manager Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise, coach, and develop the maintenance team while ensuring adequate shift coverage and workload prioritization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize CMMS systems to schedule work, maintain asset history, track maintenance metrics, and manage spare parts inventory.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related equipment issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, OEE, and cost reduction.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze maintenance and production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support capital projects including equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and validation activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, operating standards, SOPs, and technical documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage contractors and external service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with site leadership to identify operational Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, Industrial Electrician, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical discipline.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, processing, or production environment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance, reliability, engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and improving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and
