    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Tier One Technologies is seeking a Radar Software Engineer to support our U.S. Government client. </li>\n <li>This 18-month on-site contract position will be located in Camden, NJ.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen.</li>\n <li>Must hold either an active DoD Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance.</li>\n <li>SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain C++-based software for radar systems and subsystems.</li>\n <li>Write efficient, high-performance, low-latency code for real-time data processing. </li>\n <li>Implement object-oriented designs for scalable and maintainable systems.</li>\n <li>Optimize code for throughput, memory usage, and execution speed.</li>\n <li>Translate algorithms from MATLAB/Python prototypes into production C++ code.</li>\n <li>Improve algorithm performance for real-time execution.</li>\n <li>Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated test frameworks.</li>\n <li>Debug complex system-level issues involving software, hardware, and RF signals.</li>\n <li>Interpret system and software requirements (SRS/SDD) and translate them into code.</li>\n <li>Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Basic Qualifications:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.</li>\n <li>5+ years of C++ experience.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Object Oriented Modern C++.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with multi‑processor radar software, including GPU (CUDA) acceleration, code optimization, and automated testing.</li>\n <li>Experience in Agile development practices and Linux environment and rigorous technical documentation.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical/math foundation complemented by MATLAB/Python prototyping and data‑analysis capabilities.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>All candidates must be U.S. citizens and currently hold either an active DoD Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Desired Skills:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience writing, debugging and testing real time, multi-processor software</li>\n <li>Experience with Radar Control, Signal Processing, or Radar Simulation</li>\n <li>Experience with Code Optimization</li>\n <li>Experience with rigorous software testing and verification</li>\n <li>Experience with Software Modeling (UML) and architecture</li>\n <li>Understanding and application of Design Patterns</li>\n <li>Experience with GPU development with CUDA.</li>\n <li>Experience with Automated Test tools and Techniques, Static Code Analysis.</li>\n <li>Experience working on Agile Development Team in an accelerated environment.</li>\n <li>Experience with Git, GitLab, Confluence Tool Suite.</li>\n</ul>",
