About Company: Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Quail Springs Culinary (QSC) includes 5 restaurant concepts that operate in 9 states with a total of 78 company owned and franchised locations. QSC invests in concepts that have craveable food, strong leadership, and are ready for growth. Each QSC business has its own unique culture and set of values that allow them to be successful in their respective markets. About the Role: As a Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for all guests. Your primary focus will be on clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting servers, and supporting the overall flow of service during busy periods. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of both guests and staff. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring that the dining environment is clean, safe, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Ultimately, your efforts will help create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience that encourages repeat business and positive customer feedback. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Basic communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry trays or stacks of dishes weighing up to 25 pounds. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Basic understanding of customer service principles. Responsibilities: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, including removing dishes, glassware, and utensils. Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware in preparation for the next guests. Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or condiments, and supporting food and beverage delivery as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely table turnover. Skills: The required skills such as physical stamina and basic communication are essential for managing the physical demands of clearing and resetting tables while maintaining courteous interactions with guests and staff. Preferred skills like knowledge of food safety and prior hospitality experience enhance your ability to contribute to a clean and safe dining environment efficiently. Attention to detail ensures that tables are reset correctly and the dining area remains inviting, which supports overall customer satisfaction. Effective teamwork and communication skills help coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow during busy periods.
