          "text": "<p>The Dining Servers provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant dining experience for Residents and guests, through taking meal orders, serving meals, and providing assistance.&#xa0;</p><p>Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition&#xa0;</li><li>Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure dining room is set up, all items needed for service are readily available (silverware, napkins, menus, salt/pepper shakers, etc.)&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the dining room, menus, kitchen, serving stations, and other areas as directed&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure safe food handling&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service&#xa0;</li><li>Assist residents with any special dining requests&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure all residents are accounted for during each meal, and completing documentation of their attendance&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with special events&#xa0;</li><li>Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled&#xa0;</li><li>Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures&#xa0;</li><li>Other duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul>",
