This position works closely with nurses, therapists, and other clinical team members to monitor patient behavior, support behavioral management strategies, and respond to behavioral escalations or safety concerns.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Behavioral Crisis Technicians assist the clinical team during behavioral emergencies and help maintain a structured therapeutic environment that promotes patient stabilization and safety.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role requires individuals who are able to remain calm under pressure, respond quickly in crisis situations, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidates with experience in <strong>behavioral health, emergency medical services, emergency departments, military service, public safety, or crisis response environments</strong> are encouraged to apply.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job-Specific Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Behavioral Monitoring &amp;
