Responsible for delivery of clinical care as delegated by licensed nurses and within the scope of practice.  Responsible for promoting positive interactions with staff, physicians, patients, families and other visitors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SHIFT AND SCHEDULE</strong></p>\n<p>PRN; Flex Hours</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS</strong></p>\n<p>· Follows expected workflows and processes set up for the delivery of non-clinical and clinical care.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrates positive effective communication, including education with patients and families, physicians and other healthcare team members, and professional communications skills.</p>\n<p>· Provide a safe environment for patients, families and co-workers, including hand washing, and adherence to infection control policies.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrate professionalism including current AED’s and other competencies, following dress code policies, participation in orientation of new team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<p>· Acceptance Letter form School of Nursing</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS </strong></p>\n<p>· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. <strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</strong> The individual must be able to:</p>\n<p>· Stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, see, speak and hear. Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff. The individual must use an assisted-lift device or get another individual(s) to assist with the lift that is over these maximum limits.</p>\n<p> </p>",
