    "description": "<p>We are looking for an experienced Talent Advisor (Recruiter) to support our client, an established, mission-focused healthcare organization, in hiring for a specialized network of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clinical laboratories</span> that play a critical role in delivering complex diagnostic and transfusion support services. This role is ideal for a recruiter with deep experience sourcing for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">medical technologist</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">reference laboratory</span> positions, particularly in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">regulated and time-sensitive environments</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for laboratory-based roles including Medical Technologists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and SBB-certified specialists.</li>\n<li>Proactively source qualified candidates via direct outreach, university partnerships, professional associations, and talent pipelines.</li>\n<li>Screen and assess candidates for both technical proficiency and mission-aligned values.</li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing coverage for 24/7 laboratory operations, including emergency response roles.</li>\n<li>Maintain all applicant records using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Workday ATS</span> and People Science’s proprietary recruitment platform, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hiregate</span>.</li>\n<li>Contribute to DEI-focused hiring strategies and long-term workforce planning in specialized laboratory environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory settings.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of regulatory and credentialing requirements (e.g., CLIA, ASCP, AABB).</li>\n<li>Experience hiring for technical lab roles such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or SBB(ASCP)-certified professionals.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and various sourcing tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior clinical laboratory experience or education (e.g., degree in Medical Laboratory Science).</li>\n<li>Relationships with MLS or SBB training programs and relevant professional organizations.</li>\n<li>Passion for serving mission-driven, high-impact healthcare work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work at the intersection of science, community health, and life-saving care.</li>\n<li>Be part of a purpose-driven recruitment team contributing to critical national health operations.</li>\n<li>Flexible remote work, supportive culture, and meaningful work that saves lives daily.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
