The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role involves supporting the plant, ensuring that operations run smoothly, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility. &nbsp;The employee in this position works in a dirty, wet, noisy environment exposed to extremes of hot and cold temperatures. A general laborer will do various activities within the tire recycling facility. The work assignment is very physically demanding.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability and experience operating a forklift</li><li>Ability to work in all weather conditions</li><li>Be able to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Safety procedures</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Understand directions</li><li>Ability to use hand tools</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to work hard</li><li>Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is required.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><strong>EEO Statement:</strong></p><p>Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
