About the role Threat Tec is hiring Support Staff Analysts across OPFOR Work Areas Alpha/Bravo/Charlie/Delta to plan, execute, and assess OPFOR operations during MCTP events. You will integrate maneuver and enabling functions, maintain the OPFOR common operational picture, and deliver realistic, adaptive opposition. Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools; coordinate with WSCs. Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across the warfighting functions and echelons. Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement. Requirements Active DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship. 3+ years of staff experience at brigade/division (operations, plans, intel, fires, sustainment, or protection). Familiarity with decisive action scenarios and Army/Joint planning processes (MDMP/JOPP). Technical aptitude with constructive sims or rapid learner. Desired Prior OPFOR, MCTP, or CTC experience; CPCE/JEMM familiarity; data/visualization skills. MOS/FA backgrounds spanning maneuver and enabling WfFs.
