This is a flexible contract, offering a minimum of 21 hours per week on a shift basis, operating Monday to Sunday between 7am - 10.30pm. Evening and weekend availability is essential. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span><br></p>\n<p><br>As a Helpline Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Studio staff with the smooth, day-to-day running of Consol studios and ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service.
