K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>JerseySTEM is seeking an experienced <strong>Email Marketing Specialist</strong> to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to provide STEM education to underserved middle school girls by effectively managing our email marketing campaigns. If you have a passion for both marketing and education, and you're ready to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive desired actions.</li>\n <li>Develop captivating and relevant email content, including copywriting and design, to ensure messages resonate with recipients.</li>\n <li>Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted email campaigns.</li>\n <li>Conduct A/B tests on various email elements to refine content and increase campaign effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Utilize email marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.</li>\n <li>Oversee email list management, including maintenance, growth, and segmentation.</li>\n <li>Implement email marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance engagement.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to execute email campaigns successfully.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns and using email marketing platforms.</li>\n <li>Strong writing and copywriting skills with an understanding of email content optimization.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with email marketing analytics and reporting tools.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.</li>\n <li>Creative mindset and ability to create compelling email designs and layouts.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>",
