    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Integrated Solutions Mechanical and Piping Estimator assists the estimation manager, bid manager, pre-sales team and customers during the sales process focused on factory and 3rd party integration. This position provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers. The Estimator collaborates with the Integrated Solutions estimating team, sales, engineering, operations, and the solution architect teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participation in preliminary project design and engineering meeting to evaluate and begin takeoffs for integration materials and labor costs.</li>\n <li>Preparation of detailed mechanical/electrical/piping material take-offs and quotations for large scale prestigious integration projects in diverse applications &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in developing clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance based on customer requirements and/or RFP's, ensuring proper scope and required technical specifications are met.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide estimation and costing support to the bid management and project management teams.</li>\n <li>Assist with equipment selections and technical calculations to meet requirements of various Vertiv products.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Apply Trimble Accubid MEP software to provide comprehensive bid support.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide technical/estimation support to the IS operations project management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical/Process Engineering or comparable experience preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2 Years Industrial or relevant commercial/industrial installation/integration estimating experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in Trimble Accubid MEP (or similar estimating platform), technical scope review, and design-build process preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>High level of technical knowledge with the application of electrical distribution and mechanical cooling/piping systems.</li>\n <li>Excellent team player and demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of data center infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience with evaluating electrical single line diagrams (SLD), relay PLC schemes, and communication network diagrams (media &amp; protocols).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience with evaluating process piping and refrigeration diagrams, associated control and communication network diagrams (media and protocols).</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>25% or less<br><br><br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>OUR CORE PRINCIPALS</strong>: Safety.
