Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools, as required.</li>\n <li>Complete required documentation such as production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records. </li>\n <li>Handle and work with cleaning chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol, detergents, or solvents when needed. </li>\n <li>Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S expectations. </li>\n <li>Participate in required training and company meetings.</li>\n <li>Read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard work, and applicable quality/ISO/cGMP requirements. </li>\n <li>Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.</li>\n <li>Support and comply with the Quality System, ISO, and medical device regulatory requirements. </li>\n <li>Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Assembly Responsibilities</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect, assemble, and/or package components and medical devices per customer specifications.</li>\n <li>Operate hand tools and basic manual equipment used in the assembly process. </li>\n <li>Use sealing equipment such as tray, band, or impulse sealers. </li>\n <li>Perform labeling, packaging, and final presentation of product.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Production Operations Responsibilities</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate production equipment or machines per work instructions, ensuring correct materials, tooling, programs, and processes are used.</li>\n <li>Monitor production processes, part quality, and machine performance.</li>\n <li>Perform basic preventive or operator-level machine checks (e.g., cleanliness, safe operation).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Secondary Operations Responsibilities</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, cleaning, laser marking, laser welding and/or finishing of components. </li>\n <li>Operate designated secondary equipment or simple mechanical devices.</li>\n <li>Inspect and verify part conformance after secondary operations.</li>\n <li>Use basic measurement tools to ensure accuracy (gauge pins, calipers, tape measures). </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>*Shift schedule is Friday-Saturday-Sunday 6am to 6:30pm*</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>*Must be able to complete two weeks of training on 2nd shfit at time of hire*</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints ensuring correct material, tooling, processes, programs, chemical handling in certain areas and forms are being used</li>\n <li>Use microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts</li>\n <li>Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements</li>\n <li>Know and understand the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO and ensure requirements are met</li>\n <li>Complete job-related paperwork to include quality history records, setup sheets, checklists and process rate charts</li>\n <li>Accurately record and report quantities, process parameters, and hours worked into ERP system</li>\n <li>Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to collaborate and assist team members, provide input to the area lead and attend and participate in meetings</li>\n <li>Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required</li>\n <li>Ability to use basic hand tools, basic measurement equipment, and production processes</li>\n <li>Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What is it like to work at Cretex Medical? </strong> </p>\n<p>We recognize the contribution of every individual and promote growth, safety and security for all our employees. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
