Today, we deliver Body-in-White, warehouse automation, and industrial automation services across Europe, India, Mexico, Germany, and the United States.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding PLC Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our organization's mission by focusing on target projects, staff management, leading staff, providing training and programming automated and robotized lines, mainly welding or assembly lines for car manufacturing. You will enroll in a company leader in its sector, know cutting edge technology and professional methodology and practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage PLC programmers, controls engineers, technicians, and automation personnel.</li>\n<li>Oversee expert-level PLC programming, PLC safety programming, and HMI programming for manufacturing and industrial automation systems.</li>\n<li>Manage automation projects through all project phases including planning, execution, commissioning, startup, and completion.</li>\n<li>Monitor project timelines, resources, productivity, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical, electrical, robotic, and automation-related issues.</li>\n<li>Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.</li>\n<li>Support and supervise industrial network configuration and communications systems.</li>\n<li>Coordinate robot integration, automation systems, pneumatic systems, and analog systems within manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Generate information transmission reports, project status reports, and technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company safety standards, PRL regulations, and industrial safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate human capital, including team leadership, performance, and training.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.</li>\n<li>Promote teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and adaptability within the department.</li>\n<li>Provide leadership and maintain strong customer relationships throughout project execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field preferred.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, or controls engineering.</li>\n<li>2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience dealing directly with clients and managing customer expectations.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron.</li>\n<li>Experience with HMI/SCADA systems, VFDs, robotics, and industrial communication protocols as well as PLC safety programming.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within manufacturing or automotive environments.</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of pneumatics and analog systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.</li>\n<li>Experience with equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup support.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A great opportunity to join a dynamic project with a high potential for growth.</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation package.</li>\n<li>Flexibility, teamwork and a great work environment.</li>\n<li>Negotiable retribution according to experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Does this opportunity sound interesting to you?</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span>We look forward to receiving your application!
