We work with the world&rsquo;s leading children&rsquo;s entertainment brands to manufacture and distribute exceptional products to every major mass retailer throughout North America and around the world.&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for ensuring that a variety of industrial equipment, such as machines and manufacturing tools, is kept clean and working efficiently. The Machine Tech (&ldquo;Tech&rdquo;) must be able to make timely decisions while under pressure and can multi-task in an environment where several tasks must be completed simultaneously.&nbsp;</p><p>The Tech will perform set-up, adjustments, and repairs to the production equipment and other duties as assigned. They will check all machine guards and ensure safety mechanisms are in place and effective. Tech is responsible for machines running correctly and efficiently and ensuring the product meets job requirements. Tech will inspect quality during all phases of production.&nbsp;</p><p>Please note that the facility can get warm in the summer and cool in winter. The manufacturing floor is noisy and loud due to running machinery.
