If you've built your career in foreclosure, thrive in a high-volume environment, and want the stability of a firm that has been named one of South Florida's <strong>Best Places to Work</strong> by the <em>Sun-Sentinel</em>, read on.</p>\n<h3>What Sets This Role Apart</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Hybrid Flexibility:</strong> Work from our Fort Lauderdale headquarters — with a hybrid schedule that respects your life outside work.</li>\n <li><strong>High-Impact Practice:</strong> You'll be a central figure on a busy, collaborative Foreclosure team — not a paper-pusher, but a case driver trusted with complex matters.</li>\n <li><strong>A Firm That Invests in You:</strong> Competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a culture that prioritizes professional growth and work-life balance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You'll Do</h3>\n<p>As a full lifecycle Foreclosure Paralegal, you will manage cases from referral to resolution, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee and advance foreclosure matters through all stages of litigation, ensuring deadlines are met at every step</li>\n <li>Draft legal documents including correspondence, form pleadings, basic motions, and notices with accuracy and timeliness</li>\n <li>E-File documents via E-Portal and serve opposing counsel electronically with precision</li>\n <li>Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals — screening and facilitating all communications on behalf of the attorney</li>\n <li>Maintain and update client management systems (BKFS/Tempo), ensuring all active matters reflect a current status within a 30-day window</li>\n <li>Track and manage documents produced in response to agency requests</li>\n <li>Support the smooth daily operation of the unit with additional administrative duties as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualilfications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full Lifecycle Foreclosure Experience:</strong> A minimum of <strong>3 years</strong> of hands-on foreclosure (or foreclosure and bankruptcy) experience — you understand how a file moves from opening to close</li>\n <li><strong>Florida Litigation Familiarity:</strong> Working knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-filing systems, and foreclosure-specific timelines and deadlines</li>\n <li><strong>Tech Proficiency:</strong> MS Office Suite required; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) and/or BKFS/Tempo is a strong plus</li>\n <li><strong>Exceptional Organization:</strong> Able to manage a high caseload with precision, prioritizing competing demands without sacrificing quality</li>\n <li><strong>Strong Communicator:</strong> Professional, clear, and effective with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff alike</li>\n <li><strong>Team-Oriented:</strong> Collaborative and dependable — someone the team can count on when case volume surges</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>About Kelley Kronenberg</h3>\n<p>Kelley Kronenberg is a full-service Florida law firm with a decades-long reputation for excellence across litigation, insurance defense, foreclosure, and beyond.
