    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>If you have some background in Inside Sales management and Project quotations, Emerson has an exciting role for you! You will be a part of the Project quotation team located in FCEC, Chennai and will be responsible for quality and competitive quotations while meeting customer deadlines.&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n  <li><span>Responsible for checking sizing/selection, commercial pricing, quotation and on time quotation submission to sales channels and/or customers for PSV products.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Responsible for best cost solutions and lead times to increase win rate</span></li>\n  <li><span>Consults with Sales team on technical and pricing issues.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide support to Sales to close orders to meet the monthly sales target.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Responsible for technical support to sales channels, customers and internal teams (sales, PMO, SOM, etc.)&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide Product Training to LBP, customers &amp; EMR sales team and support LCS manager on LCS initiatives and activities</span></li>\n  <li><span>Review / guide DAF from LBPs and determine margins to enable sales managers to decide on discount approvals.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Guide &amp; train LBP in preparing Order Processing Sheet to SOM for order entry into SAP, Oracle or similar systems</span></li>\n  <li><span>Supports LBP’s and Sales team for conducting customer events.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Builds good working relationships with Internal and External customers.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Engages Marketing and Business Development teams for proposing differentiated solution to customer for both LCS and project opportunities.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Perform sizing/selection checks and pricing using relevant sizing tools such as PRV2SIZE and other tools and determine best cost solutions to increase win rate</span></li>\n  <li><span>Coordinate with application experts in AP and other world areas as necessary for special applications and operations / factories for best delivery.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide timely and accurate quotation and technical support to customers, sales channel and our internal teams (Sales, PMO, SOM, etc.)</span></li>\n  <li><span>Validate testing requirements and quality checks against our quotation and our capabilities. Provide technical deviations summary as necessary in line with our capabilities and customer/LBP requirements. Create awareness to customers the benefits of our offerings.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Generate weekly and monthly quote tracker reports as necessary for business reviews.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide technical and commercial clarifications to SOM when needed for timely processing of LBP/customer PO into system</span></li>\n  <li><span>Co-ordinate with Quality team for Inspection and Test Plan when needed</span></li>\n  <li><span>Assist SOM team in verifying technical &amp; commercial aspects against quotation and highlight any discrepancies needed</span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide technical support to SOM team when needed for timely placement of purchase orders / change orders to factories.&nbsp;</span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide technical support to field service team as and when requested or escalation through LBP for timely resolution of customer complaints</span></li>\n  <li><span>Attend to complaint and use CRMOD for registering the complaints and resolving them</span></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span><span>You have good attention to details and can review customer datasheet and provide optimal solutions that benefit both parties.
