Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual seeking to advance their career in commercial real estate. With unlimited earning potential, you will receive comprehensive training in the foundational elements of the industry. Collaborating with senior brokers, you will learn the nuances of pursuing, pitching, winning, and closing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will not be confined to a desk but rather engaged in hands-on learning with superior mentoring.

Responsibilities
Engage in business development and prospecting activities (e.g., emails, networking, warm-calling, relationship-building, LinkedIn, etc.) to secure new business meetings.
Coordinate and accompany clients to property sites for tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representation assignments.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on producing and enhancing building marketing materials.
Provide tenants and landlords with key information on leasing availability and current market conditions.
Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) and synthesize the data to prepare summary reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
Assist with the preparation of presentations for current clients and new business pitches.
Develop and grow knowledge of local market, submarket, tenants, landlords, property, recent transactions, property values, and trends and news in the real estate industry.
Participate in industry events, open houses and client functions.
Update and maintain Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
Qualifications
College degree
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
California Salesperson License (or willingness to attain)
Client service-oriented mindset
Experience working in a team-based setting
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to effectively present information to colleagues and clients
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
