Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure
Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree)
Passion for working with children in early intervention and outpatient pediatric settings
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
Empathy, adaptability, and commitment to family-centered care
Confidence and enthusiasm for collaborative, multi-setting pediatric care
Your Role Will Include
Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for children
Providing hands-on therapy in homes, clinics, and community settings
Supporting development in fine motor coordination, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional independence
Recommending adaptive tools and interventions to enhance participation
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Participating in IFSP/IEP or B-3 team meetings as appropriate
Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation of therapy plans and outcomes
