Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Responsibilities</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible of managing coordination of the overall operation within an assigned functional area.</li>\n <li>Primary focus should be on Safety and Compliance of EGOM and Federal regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Oversight of all compliance related items to insure they are current.</li>\n <li>Insures all training is current for the team on a regular basis.</li>\n <li>Monitor AA ICM audit oversight of all required functions and insure documentation is completed in accordance with ICM guidelines.</li>\n <li>Supervise the Environmental Department Coordinator to insure all regulations and environmental oversight of the station is current.</li>\n <li>Responsibilities also include agent observations and associated activities, facilitating local training programs, scheduling, and manpower utilization.</li>\n <li>Maintains supplies/inventory control logs.</li>\n <li>Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports.</li>\n <li>Assists management in the completion of administrative duties and performs agent work as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p><u>Requirements</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age of 18 </li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred </li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role</p></li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language and in Caribbean bases, Spanish is preferred. </li>\n <li>Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment</li>\n <li>Must perform job functions in variable weather conditions as well as environmental conditions. </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift bags weighing up to 75lbs. </li>\n <li>Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off</li>\n <li>College Degree preferred</li>\n <li>Previous Public contact experience preferred</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy</li>\n <li>May be subjected to engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust, engine noise and de-icing fluids</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated</li>\n <li>Must be GSC and Environmental qualified</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
