We are seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Transportation Specialist to safely transport individuals served in our Day Services, Employment, and Supportive Living programs. This role ensures reliable transportation before, during, and after designated program hours while maintaining professionalism, safety, and excellent customer service.</span></em></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your responsibilities will include:</span></em><em><br></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Safely transport individuals to and from program sites during scheduled hours.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Complete a Daily Vehicle Inspection Form to ensure safe driving conditions.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ensure the vehicle receives required monthly mechanical inspections.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Report mechanical or operational concerns to the Logistics Manager and Mechanic.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Communicate customer or service concerns in a timely and professional manner.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Document incidents, parental concerns, or behavioral notes in Therapy, as required.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Submit daily and monthly documentation to the Logistics Manager each Tuesday.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Maintain accurate time punches, PTO requests, and time changes in BambooHR.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all required supplies are stocked, including:</span></em>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">First Aid Kits</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Vehicle safety manuals</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Properly mounted fire extinguisher</span></em></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perform additional duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.</span></em></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>What You’ll Need:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Minimum age: 18</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>High school diploma or equivalent</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>2–4 years of relevant experience preferred</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Valid driver’s license and Social Security number</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident &lt;1 year), and provide 3 professional references</em></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Physical Requirements:</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on support.
