Work includes&nbsp;the&nbsp;preparation of plans&nbsp;and&nbsp;specifications, and project management on assigned projects. Assignments require the application of independent judgment&nbsp;and&nbsp;initiative&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;design and/or&nbsp;review of construction projects. An administrative superior assigns work in terms of general instructions.
