    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Review customer models, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to develop machining strategies and CNC programs.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop and optimize CNC programs for:&nbsp;</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Vertical and horizontal machining centers&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">CNC turning platforms&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Create and set up documentation, tooling requirements, work instructions, and fixture concepts to support efficient production.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop advanced machining strategies focused on quality, repeatability, cycle-time reduction, and tool life optimization.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Validate and prove out programs on the machine to ensure accuracy, process capability, and production readiness.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborate closely with machinists, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical and machining challenges.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machining efficiency, process standardization, and manufacturing throughput.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Analyze and optimize feeds, speeds, tool engagement, coolant strategies, and cutting conditions for a wide range of materials and geometries.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ensure machining processes meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements for highly complex precision components.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">High School Diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong proficiency in:&nbsp;</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Mastercam 3-axis through 5-axis programming&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Multi-axis machining strategies&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">GD&amp;T and blueprint interpretation&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Deep understanding of machining theory, tooling, fixturing, work holding, and material machinability.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience supporting aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience with:&nbsp;</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">HyperMill &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Vericut simulation and program verification&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience with high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Knowledge of advanced fixture design and process development.&nbsp;</span></li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong technical problem-solving and process optimization skills.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and precision.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborative team player capable of working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The base salary range for this full-time position is $33.37 - $56.73 hourly.
